立志從醫的白宗易（林毓桐 飾），被迫撿回受傷的黑道分子范哲睿（徐愷 飾），兩人在格格不入的相處過程中日久生情，卻因一場黑幫斗爭白宗易為范哲睿頂罪入獄，從此陌路；也導致一連串不幸的艾迪（姜典 飾）和陳毅（陳柏文 飾）因此分道揚鑣。四年后，命運讓四個人以不同的方式再度相遇，他們必須面對過去的錯誤與遺憾，才能重新找回屬于彼此的幸福。
