陽光明媚的日子里，高校聯賽召開在即，千葉縣立總北高中的自行車部門前，金城真護正在進行高強的練習。未過多久卷島裕介抵達，金城告訴他自行車競技是一個需要團隊精神的運動，希望他能和小宅男小野田坂道搞好關系。接下來小野田登場，他拎了一兜子手辦自我陶醉，卷島嘗試與之搭話，誰知卻令小野田將其引為同樣愛好動漫的同道中人。在小宅男各種轟炸過程中，卷島幾乎精神崩潰。談話間，今泉俊輔、鳴子章吉、手島純太、青八木一、田所迅等部員相繼到來。金城要求大家分年級展開爬坡對抗練習。誰知此時小野田卻慌慌張張，斗志低落…… 本片根據渡邊航的同名原作改編，為TV動畫的OAD版。
