《少女殺手》的故事（Kite）改編自日本梅津泰臣1998年的同名動漫作品。在一座犯罪團伙橫行的“罪惡之城”中，少女Sawa（埃斯利）的母親，以及當警察的父親遭遇殘忍殺害，Sawa遂成為少女殺手，勢要將犯罪團伙成員除盡，找到團伙的首腦埃米爾（Emir）報仇雪恨。
