有天才味覺的小女生林可頌，喜歡著自己的同學宋意然并追到了上海，意外之中認識了米其林三星主廚江千帆。江千帆收了林可頌為徒并傳授她廚藝，還一起準備參加三個月以后的廚藝大賽。林可頌雖然有著天才味覺，但是對廚藝是一竅不通。經過江千帆魔鬼般的訓練和創新，林可頌居然有了自己一套特殊的廚藝技巧，并且她在這個過程中也漸漸的找到了自信，成為了更好的自己。在這個過程中宋意然也漸漸的對林可頌產生了愛情，而江千帆也恢復了味覺。最終在廚藝大賽上，林可頌一舉奪魁，在愛情上則最終與江千帆修成正果。
