香港社團“同聯順”眾成員赴大陸購買制作偽鈔所用電版，歸程時其當家駱祥安（張兆輝 飾）為公安捉獲，并最終被執行死刑，一時間駱氏遺產的分配成社團中骨干阿富（任達華 飾）、阿雄等人矚目的焦點。豈料在黃律師（林雪 飾）主持下，遺產盡歸駱祥安妻弟麗萍（廖碧兒 飾）、駱祥福所有。阿富等人大感不平，各懷鬼胎，而駱家庶出的兒子阿牛（安志杰 飾）卻對這一切看似漠不關心，每日只與啞妹（蔣璐霞 飾）苦練搏擊。不久，黃律師意外身亡，接著駱祥富也死于汽車炸彈，為避免死于遺產爭奪，駱麗萍將所有財產在遺囑中留給慈善組織后，又找到阿牛，以親情說服他為自己鏟除社團各位干部，于是阿牛與啞妹兩人迅速向社團發難，連場血戰中，遺產爭奪戰的幕后主使人漸漸浮出水面……
